FUNCTION ROOM

• Only Residents are permitted to use the Function Room. Visitors must be accompanied by the Residents at all time
• Smoking is not allowed inside the Function Room. Only food and beverages shall be permitted
• The Function Room bookings must be made two days in advance or upon availability
• The bookings are on a policy of first come first served basis
• The bookings are non-transferable
• The Building Management reserves the right to accept or decline any booking
